Job Description:
Responsible for general assembly, test, and commissioning of a variety of electromechanical assemblies and connection cables as required.
Key Objectives:
To ensure that all aspects of the build requirements are met to the complete satisfaction of the customer and Production Team Leader/Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
To assemble prototype & production assemblies to the drawings & specifications provided
To provide assembly expertise in electronic and mechanical assembly
Standards and quality of workmanship
Self-inspection & test
Timely completion of all tasks
The correct use of tools and equipment
Assistance with quotations if required
Ensuring an appropriate standard of housekeeping & tidiness
Completion of all relevant documentation
Any other duties relevant to the business as requested
All in accordance with Customer, Company, and safety procedures
Qualifications and Experience Required:
The ideal candidate would be from a wiring / box build / cable assembly background with experience in a similar role.
