* Experience working out in the field on projects as a Supervisor

* Maintain relationships with contractors, subcontractors and vendors

* Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep each on schedule ensuring all deadlines are met

* Excellent communication skills

* Effective time management and logical decision-making ability


* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management

* 5+ years of experience in Construction, experience managing multiple projects at a time

* TI and ground-up experience

* Must have Civil Construction experience

* Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings

* Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients

* Competitive base salary between $90,000-$125,000, depending on project experience and skills
