Job Description

Handling all incoming orders from customers in SAP (stock orders, etc.) Making invoices and/or credit notes when asked by other departments Identifying possible problems and making corrections regarding invoices Handling all customer related administration: new customers, address changes, etc. Weekly reportings regarding back orders Classifying all order related documents Database management Daily communication with internal and external contacts Bachelor's Degree (administration, logistics or other relevant direction) or equivalent experience Some experience in logistic processes, preferably maritime knowledge in a commercial role Analytical and figure-minded You are proactive and are able to work independently as well as in a team You have an eye for detail You are renowned for your organizational skills and are a born multi-tasker Stress makes you more successful in your job You are customer-oriented with a true commercial flair You are fluent in English (spoken and written), other languages ...
