Summary:
At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Drivers and Depots Manager to join a growing business operating within the Fuel sector. The role will act as the key contact for their Drivers. You will travel between 5 depots to manage personnel and take responsibility for all aspects of running the depots in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a multi-site role, managing a team of over 40 people.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the launch of new depots, maintaining custodianship over operations to assist with growth.
Design, implement and ensure a thorough induction process is provided to new drivers.
Ensure adherence to Company procedures and statutory laws to ensure the smooth running and high standard of the depots.
Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures.
Act as a focal point within the stock reconciliation process.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role, leading a team of over 40 people.
Previous experience in a multi-site role, managing multiple depots.
Experience using a range of tracking softwares, comfortable with Stock Management.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant statutory laws and regulations.
