The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Engineering Stores Team Leader to work for a well-established global food production business, based at their Preston site. This is a permanent role and will take overall responsibility for the engineering stores and team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stores are well stocked and maintained.
• Offer comprehensive support for the engineering team critical spares and equipment needs.
• Ensure the SAP system is fully utilised and stock / equipment is accurately logged.
• Day to day supervision of the stores team, to ensure work-flow is managed.

Candidate Expectation

• Computer literate.
• Understanding of SAP booking parts in/out process.
• Ideally taken the lead in a stores /warehouse environment.
• General engineering knowledge.
• Be happy to carry out manual handling.
• Good communication skills and attitude.
