60k- 70k Salary (depending on experience) + Pension + Benefits

Location - Berkshire

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Projects Manager based commutable to Berkshire and who has strong Mechanical / HVAC experience. Good opportunity to join an expanding and well-established Mechanical Services organisation with over 15 years' experience.

Job Summary:

• You'll be based around the Berkshire region, with our client covering the M4 Corridor, Berkshire, Hampshire and London.
• Our client offer a range of mechanical services from air-conditioning works, heating and ventilation, plumbing, heat pump work etc.
• As the Mechanical Projects Manager, your role will involve taking ownership and accountability of the project delivery, finances, quality, and programme from tender handover to project completion and through to client training.
• Responsible for running numerous projects at the same time and with values up to 1.5m, your responsibilities will include the following;
• Design review
• Procurement of plant, materials & labour
• Programming of works
• Overall Cost Management
• Managing the engineering input into the project strategy
• Technical Submittals
• Co-ordination of direct staff and sub-contractors on site

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong HVAC and Mechanical Engineering experience is essential.
• Proven track record in Project Managament and delivering HVAC projects up to 1m- 2m in value.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualified.
