Job Description

JRS Associates Ltd has partnered up with an exciting manufacturer in the local area and we're looking to add an experienced Machine Shop Manager to the team.

The Successful Machine Shop Manager - Package:

  • 45,000 to 50,000 per annum
  • Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm & Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm
  • Profits-based yearly bonus

The Successful Machine Shop Manager - Requirements:

  • Experience as a CNC Supervisor / Leader

  • Experience as a Machine Shop Manager (Desirable)

  • Setting & Programming Citizen or Star Sliding Head Lathes in the manufacture of prototype and small to medium batch components to aerospace standards

  • Experience working with Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Brass.

  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

  • Have completed an Engineering Apprenticeship (Desirable)
