In your role you will ensure the harmonization and improvement of the order management processes.ResponsibilitiesIn your new role you will:Contribute to projects to improve the order promising process as well as other order management processesOrganize and drive continuous improvement activities in these areasUnderstand order promising as the critical link between planning and order management and strive for end to end process optimizationDevelop and define corresponding analysis and necessary reportsCollect and align user requirements with the global business community and document them in requirements specificationsWork with IT for the respective system changes and conduct user acceptance testsKeep process documentation and training material up to dateExecute trainings in close cooperation with our supply chain academySupport our users with analysis and resolution of issuesYour ProfileYou live up to high quality standards and continuously work on making things better, faster and more efficient. You are able to structure new and complex situations while considering dependencies and priorities and convert them from strategy into real execution and methods. You are personally committed to the customer's concerns and awards them a high priority.
