Job Description

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, assisting with HR and Finance activities, and supporting the CEO.

Key duties of the Office Manager:

  • Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Scheduling and facilitating meetings, supplier, client, and customer visits.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and phone calls.
  • Supporting individual departments with purchasing and ordering processes.
  • Assisting with HR functions and finance tasks

Qualifications and Capabilities of the Office Manager:

  • Knowledge of recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Familiarity with calendar management tools
  • Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment would be an advantage.

Package Offered to the Office Manager:

  • Salary: 30,000 - 35,000
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
