Newly hired drivers earn $.53 CPM with 6 months experience. In addition, GET HOME EVERY OTHER WEEKEND! DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess a valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum of 22 years of age
  • Black Diamond Fleet - Restrictions apply (Ask a Paul recruiter for more details)
  • 6 months of tractor trailer in the last 3 years (or) 1 year of tractor trailer in the last 5 years
  • Students - Must have graduated from an approved truck driving school
  • No DWI/DUI convictions in the past 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
