Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Repair and reshape vehicle body panels to restore them to factory specifications.
  • Assess and analyze collision damage to determine the extent of repairs needed.
  • Remove dents, straighten frames, and replace damaged panels as necessary.
  • Use appropriate tools and equipment for welding, grinding, and finishing work.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the painting team to prepare surfaces for painting.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a panel beater.
  • Proficient in using body repair tools and equipment.
  • Solid understanding of vehicle construction and repair techniques.
  • Ability to interpret repair manuals and technical specifications.
  • Attention to detail and precision in metalwork and finishing.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications in panel beating or auto body repair.
