Job Description

Our client, a numismatic manufacturing company based in Camberwell, SE London are looking for an experienced Planning & Logistics Coordinator to join their growing business.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm
Location: Camberwell, London
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum DOE
The role:
To support the Operations Manager, working in a small team to provide all administration and logistics support. To arrange and track the in-bound and out-bound product journey, arranging shipping to customer and 3rd party.
* to monitor customer orders; review, and update orders on Smartsheet/NetSuite for a weekly production schedule to be created, aiming to meet delivery deadlines
* report, update, and track movement of stock due to be dispatched, at 3rd party, part delivered and delivered by using Smartsheet, NetSuite for reporting internally and customers
* investigate customer queries/issues, by gathering the relevant data required for analysis
* to arrange logistics and delivery dispatches to 3rd party and direct to customer internationally
* ensure all relevant parties are aware of delays/changes
* create reports on product order performance and delivery performance
* create reports on supply chain product sourcing and customer product returns
* attend and participate in weekly production meeting and team meetings
* any other duties within under the operations and logistics department
Key skills
* strong Excel skills
* ability to analyse data and performance into reporting format e.g., excel reports
* experience of using ERP/CRM system and databases (NetSuite/Smartsheet experience desirable)
* attention to detail
* strong time management skills
* logistics co-ordination experience
