Automotive Service Advisor required in Aylesbury

Monday - Friday with alternate Saturday mornings
20-25k Basic, OTE 40k
An opportunity to join a highly successful Main Car Dealership.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual who is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to all customers, maximising referrals and returning customers.
The role involves greeting customers into the Service department, checking through paperwork in relation to any work required on the customer's vehicle, liaising with the Workshop Technicians where required in terms of work carried out on the vehicle, arranging collection or delivery of the vehicle & taking payments.
The job will also involve carrying out duties in the Parts department which will include: Keeping the workshop stocked with relevant parts, Managing stock levels and sourcing parts from various suppliers. Provide accurate estimates for parts, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly., Looking up parts and quote prices for parts using parts catalogues for vehicles
Customer Facing, customer service expereince- motor trade experience would be highly beneficial.
Experience working in a fast paced and target driven environment.
Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
