We are currently recruiting for one of our clients based near Cambridge who are looking for a part-time Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to join their team.
Main duties include:
- Booking transport when necessary
- Organising the packing of machines via external companies
- Providing shipping and Air Freight paperwork
- Any other administration duties required
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience in a shipping role is essential
- Ability to prioritise their workload
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Be confident in answering phone calls
