An excellent opportunity for a dynamic supply chain professional to join an exciting and growing organisation as a Supply Chain Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Coordinator;
Raising and progressing 3PL replenishment orders.
Ensure integrity of supply chain data within ERP system.
Management of system master data within the 3PL systems.
Manage the stock within the 3PL network.
Ensure the smooth transit of stock to 3PL providers.
Develop and maintain 12-month overview of forecasting, whilst accounting for supply issues and marketing plans.
Participate in the Sales and Operational Planning Cycle by providing data and inputs to the monthly S&OP meeting.
Participate in monthly supply chain meetings in order to balance demand and supply.
Develop and maintain strong relationships across the business.
Measure KPIs including; Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turnover & OTIF.
Personal Specification of the Supply Chain Coordinator;
Proven Supply Chain experience.
Experience of working within an FMCG environment.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience of using ERP systems.
Strong Analytical and Data Management skills.
Ability to operate well in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
