TOOL & PLANT HIRE DELIVERY DRIVER

Location: Exeter, EX2

Position Type: Temp - Perm

Salary: from 29,000

Working hours: 37 hours per week

What You Will Do

As a Hire Driver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Routine Checks: Perform regular equipment and vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Serve customers efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Delivery and Collection: Safely deliver, collect, and distribute hire equipment using company vehicles.
  • Transport Policies Compliance: Follow and maintain company transport policies to uphold our high standards.
  • Record Keeping: Keep maintenance records for the hire fleet up to date.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Class 2 driving licence, (minimum of 1 year HGV driving experience preferred).
  • Previous experience in delivering plant equipment is preferable, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
