The Role Our client is seeking a night shift operator for their busy Transport Office, overseeing customer queries, tacho infringements, driver fines and general compliance.Responsibilities

• Dispatching and debriefing drivers
• Amending the routing plan as required daily
• Liaising directly with driver, colleagues and customers to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively
• Investigating and problem solving
• Monitor empty mileage
• General administration support
