Job Description

Position: Warehouse Agent (Forklift Qualified)
Type: Temp to Perm
Location: London Heathrow Airport Cargo Terminals

Pay Rate (First 12 Weeks): £13.00 per hour (days and nights)
Pay Rate (After 12 Weeks): £14.00 per hour (days and nights)
Overtime Pay Rate (After 12 Weeks): £17.00 per hour
Shift Patterns:
  • Main Pattern: 4 on / 2 off (8.5 hours/day), mixture of early and late shifts
  • Alternative Pattern: Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday (8.5 hours/day) until end of September, then 4 on / 2 off
Key Requirements:
  • Must have a valid Forklift certificate (counterbalanced)
  • Prior FLT experience required; candidates will be assessed by the client's FLT trainer
  • Must hold a Cargo Operative certification (old style level D) - we offer Cargo Operative courses for £67.20
  • Ability to provide a 5-year history check (HMRC online record)
  • Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate vehicles and equipment airside in accordance with airport regulations
  • Transport cargo and other materials between aircraft and designated areas
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any issues
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and supervisors
  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
