You will be joining a prominent player in the food manufacturing industry who is part of a successful group with over 10 factories across the UK. As they embark on this exciting journey of growth, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team.

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the department manufacturing processes and contribute to the continued success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving quality, enhancing performance, fostering employee engagement, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate Warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall warehousing processes.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning among warehouse staff.

  • Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and a track record of implementing process enhancements.
  • Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and other relevant food safety standards.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
